Due to housemate buying her own place I now have a single and small double to rent in a lovely Eastville house, very close to the park. Single: £315 Double: £345 All bills included I am a 28year old female who has 3 Cats so you really do have to like them also. I like my home comforts more than anything else really. Not a big party goer and hoping to find someone similar in that respect as noise travels quite easily in the house.
