We have a large room coming up on the ground floor , with French doors opening onto a sunny patio. This is in a smart house at the bottom end of Muller Road, close to Ikea. It is a 5 bedroom house with 2 large and recently refurbished bathrooms, a bright, large and well equipped kitchen and a snug lounge/diner. The house has WiFi (virgin) throughout the house and TV in the lounge. We provide a weekly cleaner, the price is £88 per week + £15 for bills, an all inclusive price of £103 per week. The monthly cost is £446.33 fully inclusive with a security deposit of £450. We retain £50 of this deposit to cover wear and tear on the room and house at the end of your stay.
